Owners have changed hands every two years as they find it impossible to manage. Villa Regia has 3 shopping centers within 0.2 miles, which is about a 4-minute walk. The miles and minutes will be for the farthest away property. Villa Regia has 3 shopping centers within 0.3 miles.

The recent closing of the funeral home is very sad for the community, as it has been a major business in the area since 1880. They have an open house towards the end of February. I'll get a better chance if I go to it, to see what the food is like over there. We are living at Lincolnwood Place, and it's fine.

The staff that we have worked with have been a blessing to the family. They’re one of the very few in the country as far as spinal and brain damage. The keep the guests active, and there’s a great ratio of nurses to patients. Donations of physical goods are always welcome.

I never thought that me, as a primary caregiver to my mother, would be able to have an actual life of my own. It is truly a wonderful place, I tell my mother it is like living in a resort and she happily agrees. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We saw the apartments, and we had lunch there.

The food was better than most facilities. The rooms were not so outstanding, they were small but acceptable. The manager introduced me to every person we saw when I toured the place. The nursing staff, CNA's and physical therapists seemed very caring and very professional. One of the best things was I could talk to the nurses and the manager, and they pretty much knew the status of my dad at any given time. I thought that they were engaged with their residents.

She is physically well and independent but over the past year has been showing signs of memory loss. She has been there for over a month, and we are delighted - and so is she. The staff and residents are friendly, the food is excellent, and the facilities are first class. They have a varied program of activities, and transportation to shopping and cultural sites on a daily basis. My brother is scheduled to move in on Thursday into Lincolnwood Place.

My sister-in-law says the food is good, and they're feeding her quite well.

We toured Lincolnwood Place, and it was really nice. I liked the fact that it's a safe environment for them, but it also gives them a lot of freedom. The staff who gave me the tour was very nice, very knowledgeable, very accommodating, and not pushy.

I know she had some complaints about the food though. Apparently, there’s also terrible cell phone reception there. It is not too bad, but it has gone downhill. It used to be a city owned and now it is privately owned, and they don’t run it very well. My wife doesn’t like it, but she has been there for 10 years now.

It's a very clean and well-kept facility. They take the residents anywhere, to shopping, bus service. They also have different activities like cards, book clubs, movie nights, all the different things that the residents can do to keep them busy. The staff were very nice and helpful.

My mother-in-law has moved into Lincolnwood Place. It's very close to the rest of the family. Everybody has been very accommodating.
